"My brand new Jeep (like 2 months old) was involved in a collision on the Friday of Memorial Day… My brand new Jeep (like 2 months old) was involved in a collision on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend at 1030pm. The Jeep, was damaged and I had no idea what to do, as this was my first accident in Chicago. I just grabbed my i-phone and searched for collision shops near the accident. European and US Car Service came up and the website was very professional and the reviews were good. So I called, and got the cell phone of the owner of shop, who met me at the accident and ensured everything was okay. Offered to take me to where I needed to go that night and was extremely friendly and professional. On Monday the insurance company called me and tried to get me to move my car to their preferred shop. Warren talked to me about the dangers of doing this, and he made sense. The car was with the shop for about 9 weeks, but that was because of Chrysler's inability to get parts for the new car. Warren's team was amazing to work with and kept me informed. Upon picking up my Jeep, it was wrapped in plastic and looked amazing. I got the car back on Friday and drove back to Detroit and the car drove and rode like it was never in an accident. I took the car to a dealership in Michigan to have the car examined, and compared it to another 2012 Jeep and you couldn’t even tell the difference.
